Not only did... read more they get out to me the very next day but they also accommodated my request to be their 1st appointment so that my garage could be fixed prior to a separate appointment I had later that day (that required access thru the garage door). Kind, professional, efficient, and at a great price. I'd strongly recommend to any / all with garage door needs.

  What an amazing company! The technician was kind, thorough and honest. Our garage door stopped working and the first company I called didn't even get on a ladder. They just... read more gave me a very expensive quote to replace everything. When I said no, they quickly started discounting which is so tacky. Northgate Garage Doors didn't farm me out to an 800 number. When I called, they were professional and courteous. They sent their technician out within 24 hours. The technician did a thorough inspection (on a ladder) and found a short circuit. He had everything working within minutes for a nominal fee. He even oiled and inspected all parts. He also provided me with a quote for when we do need a new motor and it was much cheaper than the first company I called. I highly recommend Northgate Garage Doors. I won't use any other company!
